Leadership
Stellera was founded by global finance executive Beril Yıldız, who brings more than two decades of leadership experience transforming finance organizations and enterprise operating models across the United States, Europe, and Asia. Throughout her career, Beril has led complex initiatives including large-scale finance transformation, system implementations, post-merger integrations, governance and compliance frameworks, and enterprise performance programs within highly regulated public company environments.
Her work has consistently focused on elevating the finance function into a strategic business partner—designing operating models, performance frameworks, and talent strategies that drive efficiency, transparency, and long-term value creation. Under her leadership, Stellera collaborates with a network of highly experienced specialists across finance, strategy, governance, technology, and leadership development, allowing the firm to assemble tailored advisory teams for complex client engagements.

Beril Yıldız is the Founder of Stellera LLC and a seasoned global finance executive with more than two decades of leadership experience transforming finance organizations within Fortune 500 and multinational companies. She partners with leadership teams to design and execute finance transformations that strengthen operating models, modernize processes and systems, and enable sustainable growth.
Throughout her career, Beril has led complex initiatives spanning finance transformation, post-merger integration, operating model redesign, global shared services strategy, simplification and automation, and IPO readiness. Her work focuses on aligning people, processes, and technology to create scalable finance organizations, strengthen internal controls, and improve decision-quality across the enterprise.
Beril has held senior executive roles including Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller at global companies such as Carrier, IFF, Revlon, and Colgate-Palmolive. In these roles, she led multi-regional finance organizations, drove large-scale system and process transformations, implemented internal controls (SOX) and governance frameworks, and partnered closely with boards, audit committees, and executive leadership teams across North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, and Latin America.
At Stellera LLC, Beril brings a proven track record helping organizations navigate periods of significant change — including post-merger process standardization, finance automation, operating model design, internal controls optimization, and public company readiness. Her approach combines deep technical expertise with pragmatic execution, ensuring transformation initiatives translate into measurable operational improvements.
Beril is an alumna of the Harvard Business School and the INSEAD Executive Leadership Program, and holds an Executive MBA from Boğaziçi University. She brings a globally informed, people-centered leadership approach focused on transparency, accountability, and long-term value creation.
