Don’t negotiate your dreams.

This has been a personal motto of mine for many years—one I’ve carried into interviews, forums, and the quiet moments when the path forward required courage and conviction.

Today, that motto feels especially meaningful as I begin the Executive Leadership Development Program at  developed by Harvard Business School Executive Education, through Catalyst, Carrier's Leadership Development Program. What once felt like a long-term aspiration has become a reality, and I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to learn, grow, and challenge myself at this level.

I’m proud of this milestone, not just for what it represents personally, but for the journey that made it possible. I’m equally proud to be part of an organization like Carrier that invests so intentionally in developing its leaders and empowering them to think bigger.

Here’s to continuing to dream boldly, to growth that stretches us, and to organizations that believe in the potential of their people.
